How do I upload my lab results?
You can upload lab results directly in the app by taking a photo or selecting a file (PDF, JPEG, PNG). You can also email your results to your unique Clarity upload address, found on the My Labs page. We support up to 10 files per email.
Can I import my labs from my healthcare provider?
If your provider is connected to Apple Health Records (Epic MyChart, Quest, LabCorp, Kaiser, and others are supported), you can export your entire lab history as a single PDF directly from the Apple Health app and upload it to Clarity. In Apple Health, tap the search icon, scroll to Health Records, tap Lab Results, then tap the 3-dot menu and Export PDF. If your provider isn't connected yet, Apple Health walks you through the setup in a few taps.
What health data does Clarity access?
Clarity integrates with Apple Health to read your health metrics like steps, heart rate, sleep, and more. You control exactly which data types to share during setup, and you can change these permissions anytime in Settings.
Is my health data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Firebase's secure infrastructure and follow healthcare data best practices. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the Settings tab in the app. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers. You can also email us at support@clarityhealthapp.ai to request account deletion.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Clarity Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, open your iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, find Clarity, and tap Cancel. You'll keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. You can also email us at support@clarityhealthapp.ai if you need help.
How do I sign in?
You can sign in with Apple (fastest) or with your email address. If you choose email, we'll send a one-time code to verify it — no password needed. Your account is created automatically on first sign-in.
